Do you want to be part of developing the datacenters of the future while driving initiatives in quality, environment, and occupational health and safety? Then this could be the role for you! As a QMS Manager, you combine strategic development work with active, hands-on involvement in some of Sweden's most exciting datacenter projects. You are responsible for developing, implementing, and following up on QMS work within the business area and serve as important support to the project organization in creating safe, sustainable, and profitable projects. Main responsibilities: Implement, develop, and maintain the company's QMS systems, templates, checklists, and work methods. Serve as contact person with authorities and certification bodies. Drive improvement initiatives within quality, environment, and occupational health and safety. Coordinate and follow up on projects' risk analyses and safety inspections. Ensure that deviations, incidents, accidents, and corrective actions are handled and reported correctly. Participate in assessment of suppliers' QMS systems. Support the production organization with contract-related and QMS-related matters. Ensure that occupational health and safety delegations are correct and up to date. Prepare and follow up on project-specific QMS documents. Plan and conduct training initiatives in QMS. Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvements across projects. Who are you? We are looking for someone with experience in qualified QMS work, preferably within construction, civil engineering, industrial, or contracting operations. You have a good understanding of how quality, environment, and occupational health and safety requirements are translated into practical work in production. To succeed in this role, we believe you: Have relevant education in quality, environment, occupational health and safety, or equivalent experience. Have experience with systematic occupational health and safety work and risk management. Feel confident supporting managers and project organizations with QMS matters. Work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner. Have good communication skills and can create engagement around QMS matters. Enjoy working close to operations and being out in the projects. Hold a driver's license (category B). Since our projects are conducted in multiple locations throughout Sweden, we would like you to be flexible and comfortable with mobile work. The role involves regular travel to projects and operations across the country, which requires self-reliance, good planning skills, and a willingness to be where the work is happening. We offer: A central and operationally close role with significant influence. Opportunity to be part of developing the datacenters of the future. Competent colleagues and short decision-making processes. Company car included in the position. Possibility to base yourself in a suitable location and travel to our projects throughout Sweden. Varied work where no two weeks are the same. Application: Does this sound like a role for you? We welcome your application including your CV. Selection and interviews are ongoing, so don't delay sending in your application. We look forward to hearing from you!
