The Hospital Pharmacy Unit Sus-YTL organizes clinical pharmacists, ward pharmacists, and medication assistants distributed across the locations of Lund, Malmö, Ystad, Trelleborg, and Landskrona. As a clinical pharmacist, you will primarily work with inpatient-adapted medication reviews and other medication-related interventions together with physicians on our inpatient wards. Going forward, we will develop clinical pharmacy so that our expertise, as before, contributes as much as possible to increased quality and safety in patients' medication treatment. Hospital Pharmacy Unit Sus-YTL is part of the Medication Division at Skåne University Hospital. The division consists, in addition to our unit, of two additional hospital pharmacy units. We have close collaboration with all ward pharmacists employed at the units as well as case handlers, quality pharmacists, and chief pharmacists employed in the division. This position is a one-year contract. 1 position(s). DUTIES We are now seeking a clinical pharmacist who wants to work in a knowledge-intensive team with us. Work with medication reconciliation and medication reviews is conducted independently but in close collaboration with physicians. It may also be relevant to conduct training for other healthcare professionals. Other quality and development work may also occur. There is also the opportunity to participate in various projects or to specialize in one or more areas. QUALIFICATIONS We are primarily looking for someone with experience in clinical pharmacy. You are a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician authorized to practice within Swedish healthcare. You also have a master's degree in clinical pharmacy or relevant experience in work focused on clinical pharmacy and practical experience in conducting interprofessional medication reviews in healthcare. Additionally, Swedish language skills equivalent to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe scale is a requirement, as well as good computer skills. Good knowledge of English is desirable. Other competencies such as experience in training students and staff groups are meritorious.
