Patient and Client Registration Clerk (24-hour on-call shift work) Main responsibilities: Register patients (both acute cases and those brought by emergency services), verifying the accuracy of patient-provided information. Assign patients to departments or, if the patient is going home, create outpatient appointments, invoices, and review all documentation. Register patients for doctor's office hours and examinations. Complete patient medical documentation, make appropriate entries in logs, computer systems, and the Doctor's Office. Collect payments from patients for doctor visits, procedures, and various medical treatments and manipulations. Requirements for candidates: Desired work experience in a healthcare institution; Proficiency with computer programs and Doctor's Office software; Knowledge of the state language in accordance with regulatory requirements; Excellent interpersonal skills; Ability to work in stressful and unpredictable situations.
