What will your daily work tasks be?
• Care and service for existing and new clients.
• Finding the most suitable insurance options based on the client's needs and life situation, all at our branch office and most of the time at the counter.
• Developing new business relationships, concluding insurance contracts.
• Assisting clients in reporting and comprehensively resolving insurance claims.
• Making changes and adjustments to contracts according to client requests, monitoring their payments.
• You will spend most of your working time in personal and telephone meetings with clients at the branch.
What do we need from you?
• Activity, helpfulness, energy, and enthusiasm for work
• High school diploma
• A clean criminal and insolvency record is a must; we also insist on the absence of enforcement proceedings
• Computer literacy (MS Office at user level, active work with the internet)
• Pleasant and professional demeanor
• Willingness to learn, grow, and achieve something
• Driver's license is an advantage, not a requirement
This is a maternity leave replacement position.
