Guiding clients through important life situations - whether they're buying a new car, moving to their dream apartment, or dealing with unexpected events.
Helping resolve insurance claims - with empathy, calmness, and a human touch.
Handling client requests, answering their questions, and finding the best solutions for them.
Offering and concluding new insurance contracts - always with an eye to the client's needs.
Who are we looking for?
Maybe you, if:
- you have a high school diploma and are eager to learn new things,
- you are communicative, positive, and not afraid to pick up the phone,
- you can organize your work and are reliable,
- you have a sales spirit and enjoy finding solutions,
- you can handle MS Office with ease,
- you have a category B driver's license (an advantage, not a requirement),
- and of course a clean criminal and insolvency record.
- Experience in sales or customer service is great, but if you don't have it, that's fine - we're happy to teach you everything.
