Do you want to work at a small school where relationships, security, and social development are central? Västerås Montessoriskola is now seeking a class teacher for our grades 4-6. We are an independent primary school with approximately 100 students, located centrally in Västerås. Our younger classes consist of around 20 students, while grades 4–6, which are age-integrated, have approximately 15 students. This creates excellent conditions for close relationships and a secure learning environment. Our work is inspired by Montessori pedagogy while actively drawing on current research and proven experience. With us, school and after-school care work closely together, with the entire day viewed as a whole where student development is the focus. About the Position We are seeking a class teacher who wants to help develop our work with a special focus on students' social development. Social skills training is a central part of our work, and we are looking for someone who sees the value in working long-term and systematically with this. For the right person, there is an opportunity to take a leading role, both in the work team and in the school's management group.
