Our customer in Östersund is seeking several IT support technicians for their servicedesk. You will be part of a great team where you work together to deliver world-class service. This notice applies to a recurring need, which means we are continuously seeking competent employees for the role of IT support technician. Interviews are held on an ongoing basis. Your responsibilities As an IT support technician, you will work in first-level support helping users via phone and/or email with IT-related issues. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Manage user accounts in Active Directory • Administer services in Microsoft 365 • Troubleshoot issues in Windows environments • Support customer-specific applications • Receive and register issues in a ticket management system Your profile and qualifications We are looking for someone who: • Has good technical understanding • Enjoys helping others and strives to provide good customer experience • Is organized and finds it easy to organize your work, even at a fast pace Requirements • Upper secondary education in IT • Knowledge of technical tools/systems • Has a genuine interest in technology and providing support • Fluent Swedish and English – both spoken and written Meritorious • Driver's license Background check For this position, a background check is conducted before employment. This means we perform a UC check and request an extract from the criminal record register, which must be without remarks. Salary: Starting salary from 21 000 kr/month, with the possibility of adjustment based on collective agreement and relevant experience. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
