We are now seeking a business-driven and relationship-building Key Account Manager (KAM) who wants to be part of developing our sales of modern fiber solutions and related services to municipalities, public organizations, and major corporate customers.
About the Role
As a KAM, you are responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with our strategically important customers. You work long-term with both existing customers and new customer acquisition, and identify business opportunities within our fiber and related services offering.
You will:
Manage sales to municipalities, public organizations, and major companies.
Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and key personnel.
Drive the entire sales process from needs analysis to closure and follow-up.
Work with procurement processes and framework agreements.
Identify customer needs and development opportunities and create value through fiber solutions and related services.
Participate in and lead customer meetings, presentations, and business negotiations.
Work closely with product owners, technical specialists, and external partners to ensure customer success.
We believe you have:
Experience in B2B sales and preferably Key Account Management.
Documented strong sales results.
Understand the value of long-term customer relationships.
Experience from the IT, telecom, or infrastructure sector, or related industries.
Are a skilled relationship builder and communicative consultant who builds trust with customers and partners.
Comfortable working both independently and in a team with a goal-oriented approach.
Strong ability to navigate complex deals with multiple decision-makers.
Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written.
Valid driver's license (category B).
Experience in sales to the public sector.
Knowledge of LOU and public procurement.
Experience selling:
Fiber and network solutions
Cloud services
IT security
Data center and operations services
