Do you want to contribute to better mental health in primary care? We are seeking an engaged and confident CBT therapist for Berga Läkarhus. We are the small clinic with a big heart. You will join an engaged team of about 35 employees who together create a pleasant and family-like workplace. Job Description As a CBT therapist with us, you will work with assessment, treatment, and follow-up of patients with mild to moderate mental health issues. You work independently but in close collaboration with doctors, nurses, and other professionals within the health center. The work includes individual sessions but can also be group-based, and you will have the opportunity to help develop the service. Who are we looking for? We are seeking you if you are a social worker, nurse, psychologist, occupational therapist, or have other relevant higher education with step 1 training in CBT. If you have experience working in primary care or similar settings, this is highly valuable but not required. We see that you have good collaboration skills and are not afraid to shift focus as needed. To thrive in this role, you have a genuine interest in meeting people in different life situations.
