Nytida Strandhagen treatment home in Sävsjö is seeking a CBT therapist with foundational CBT training equivalent to level 1 (you hold the credential-qualifying education). About the role You conduct psychotherapy based on CBT under supervision and collaborate with other professionals at the treatment home. You participate in group treatments offered. You work internally to support other treatment staff in their daily work. Follow-up, quality, and patient safety are prioritized areas. You will work closely with contact persons, psychiatrists, nurses, and your treatment team. About Nytida Strandhagen, women's treatment Strandhagen in Sävsjö is a treatment home for women from age 18, with the most common placement age being 18-30 years. The treatment home offers comprehensive DBT treatment (dialectical behavior therapy). CBT (cognitive behavior therapy) is applied individually for persons not enrolled in DBT treatment. Personality disorders and neuropsychiatric diagnoses such as ADHD, ADD, and autism spectrum disorder are common. There is sometimes a combination of the above-mentioned mental health issues together with developed risk behavior involving alcohol/drugs or developed substance abuse/addiction. Strandhagen has a relapse prevention course running continuously. Nytida Strandhagen Sävsjö Your experience and knowledge We are looking for you who have foundational psychotherapy training in CBT (level 1) and experience working with the method. It is an advantage if you have DBT training. It is also an advantage if you have training in trauma treatment and substance abuse care. You also have an interest in close teamwork and find collaboration easy. Otherwise, you have good computer skills and good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing.
