About Us Kärrdal HVB has 5 places for boys ages 11-15 with social and emotional difficulties manifesting through physical and verbal outbursts, difficulties with social interaction, school problems, etc., sometimes in combination with an NPF diagnosis. The operation is located in a residential neighborhood on Hisingen. About the Role Your main responsibilities include: Key worker responsibilities Treatment work Documentation; case notes, implementation plans, monthly reports, etc. Collaboration with social services, guardians, schools, external care contacts Safety and care work including supervision and assessments Activities for individuals and groups, in all weather Practical tasks such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, etc. Who Are You? The work involves close and trusting collaboration with your colleagues, so you have good communication and teamwork skills and see yourself as a team player. You have a positive outlook and see opportunities rather than obstacles. We place great importance on personal suitability. To apply for this position, you must: Have education as a social pedagogue, social worker, treatment pedagogue, or have completed other post-secondary education of at least 2 years that the employer considers equivalent Have experience with treatment work at HVB Have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing as well as good computer skills Be a swimmer Have a B-class driver's license Meritorious: Education and experience working with Low Arousal Approach, MI, and rePulse. Employment requires a certificate from the Police Authority's criminal record register for work at HVB with children.
