About the role
As a team member at OMNIA, you're an important part of the club experience. You're often the one setting the tone – with energy, presence, and a smile.
Your responsibilities may include:
Welcoming and taking care of our members in the best way possible
Creating a great atmosphere and providing excellent service in the club
Being social, taking initiative, and daring to reach out to people
Helping with simple tasks to keep the facility running smoothly and organized
Contributing to recruiting new members by marketing our concept and talking with visitors/leads
Who we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is charismatic, social, and energetic. You're not afraid to put yourself out there and you thrive when things are happening. You enjoy talking with people – and you find sales work fun.
We believe that you:
Are studying a health-related profession (e.g., PT, health, nutrition, sports, physical therapy, behavioral science, etc.)
Feel comfortable in social situations and enjoy taking initiative
Have a positive, professional, and solution-oriented attitude
Are comfortable marketing and selling a concept you believe in
Can work primarily evenings and weekends and can step in during daytime absences due to illness.
