We are seeking professionals with at least 3 years of experience in public administration within any area of Social Services for consultant positions throughout Sweden. We are looking for you if you have worked with investigations in, for example, children and youth, LSS, elderly care, adults, substance abuse, or economic assistance. Then perhaps you want to try working as a Social Work Consultant? In your role as a consultant, you will step in and relieve units that are in great need of extra help and make a real difference, both for existing staff and for clients. Consultants are directly crucial for many of Sweden's municipalities to function optimally – this may involve difficulty recruiting, temporary peaks in cases, or sick leave and parental leave that require temporary staff. We have Social Work assignments throughout Sweden. We see that in this challenging labor market, many people also temporarily step in as consultants while seeking permanent positions – and in doing so, they give themselves a better chance at work, both in the short and long term. How It Works The first step to working as a consultant through us is that we create a profile for you in our management system. We start with an initial phone call where we learn more about you and your background, while you get answers to all your questions about us and how consulting works. We also need a number of documents from you to create a profile in our system, such as your CV and degree certificate. We then use this profile to match you with and suggest relevant assignments that fit your background and wishes. If you think an assignment sounds interesting, we agree on compensation and discuss other important parameters. As a consultant, you can either invoice through your own company or work as an employee and receive your salary each month as usual. We always agree on all details before we send a presentation of you to our client – it is always you who decides what you are interested in. You should always feel secure at every step of the process.
