We are seeking individuals with at least 3 years of experience in government service within any area of Social Services for consultant positions throughout Sweden. We are looking for you if you have worked with investigations in areas such as children and youth, LSS, elderly care, adult services, substance abuse, or economic assistance. In your role as a consultant, you will come in and support units that are in great need of extra help and make a real difference, both for the existing staff and for the clients. Consultants are directly crucial for many of Sweden's municipalities to function optimally – this can involve difficulties in recruitment, temporary peaks in cases, or sick leave and parental leave that require temporary staff. We have Social Worker assignments throughout Sweden.
We see that in this challenging job market, many also temporarily step in as consultants while seeking permanent positions – and in doing so, give themselves a better chance at employment, both short-term and long-term.
Your Experience:
Social Worker degree or equivalent
At least 3 years of experience in government service
Good knowledge of computer systems
Good knowledge of relevant legislation
Ability to speak and write fluent Swedish
Driver's license

How It Works
The first step to working as a consultant through us is that we create a profile for you in our system. We start with an initial phone call where we learn more about you and your background, while you get answers to all your questions about us and how consulting works. We also need several documents from you to create a profile in our system, such as your CV and degree certificate.
We then use this profile to match you with and suggest relevant assignments that fit your background and preferences. If you think an assignment sounds interesting, we agree on compensation and discuss other important parameters. As a consultant, you can either invoice through your own company or work as an employee and receive your salary every month just like usual. We always agree on all aspects before we send a presentation of you to our client – it is always you who chooses what you are interested in. You should always feel safe at every step of the process.
When you are out working on your assignment through us, you have continuous dialogue with your closest contact person at our office, who guides and supports you through the assignment from beginning to end.
