About Ditt Café The Ditt Café brand is owned and managed by four companies: Stigs Café och Bageri AB, Agdas Café i Apladalen, Bernts Konditori AB and Bernards Konditori AB. The brand encompasses 9 cafés and a production facility/office located in Gnosjö. We operate at five locations within Jönköpings län and employ around 70 staff members. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with food, is detail-oriented, and likes work with varying pace. This position suits you if you want a recurring schedule but also the opportunity to work extra shifts when needed. About the Position We're primarily looking for a cold kitchen assistant who can work every third weekend, the night between Friday and Saturday. The work includes preparation and production of our cold products for weekend sales and deliveries. Beyond the scheduled nights, we appreciate it if you're flexible and can step in during illness and parental leave when needed. We're also looking for someone willing to work extra shifts during school breaks and holidays as well as during periods with higher workload. Work shifts can occur both during daytime and nighttime. We're Looking for Someone Who Has experience working as a cold kitchen assistant or similar work within a café, restaurant, or food environment Is detail-oriented, responsible, and independent Enjoyed working at a fast pace Has a sense for quality and presentation Is flexible and willing to help when the operation needs extra support Enjoyed working both independently and with others Is positive and contributes to a good atmosphere at the workplace We Offer You'll work in a wonderful team in an operation where there's always something happening.
