As an Estimator/Procurement Specialist for tile installation, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for our tile installation projects and managing the procurement of materials and services. You will work closely with management to ensure that projects are executed within both time and budget constraints. Responsibilities Quantity takeoffs Develop cost estimates for projects in various stages, from early phases to final bids. Negotiations Planning & Procurement Handoff to the project department. Qualifications Proficient in estimation software Strong computer skills Analytical, organized, and comfortable with responsibility Solid knowledge of construction (tile installation)
