If you don't have prior experience, that's not a problem. After your hire, you'll receive basic professional training – you'll learn laws and other regulations, self-defense, parade procedures, psychology, and also firearms training and everything about weapons. Your tasks will consist of ensuring order and security at the local unit of the Court Guard at the District Court Mělník. A Czech citizen can become a court officer in this position - minimum education with a high school diploma, physically fit, psychologically resilient, in good health, and with a clean criminal record. This position is also suitable for recent graduates. What we can offer: • Recruitment bonus of 150,000 Kč, • Starting salary of 32,900 Kč gross, • Salary advancement after completing basic professional training, approximately 6 months, • 37.5 hours per week, 30 days of vacation, plenty of time for recreation and hobbies, • Meals provided via meal vouchers, • Recreation allowance, pension savings plan, • Opportunity to use our own recreational facilities.
