The position is an hourly employment and you will be part of a team of lawyers and social workers within the Legal and Housing Social Issues department, Business Area Housing Cooperative Ownership. HSB Göteborg and HSB Malmö have been collaborating since fall 2025 in a joint organization. Together we will be able to meet market competition and secure our operations for the future. Work Tasks At HSB Göteborg you will work with experienced lawyer colleagues and have the opportunity to apply theory to practice. You will participate in case handling and assist the lawyers with various administrative tasks in diverse legal matters such as unauthorized subletting, disturbance cases, and late payments. Work tasks will be adapted to your experience and may include: Legal investigations and information research Development and review of contracts, documents and other legal materials We hope you can start as soon as possible. The scope is approximately 8 hours per week but can vary over time. Working hours are planned according to business needs and adapted as much as possible to your studies. Scheduling will be done together with the recruiting manager. Qualifications We are looking for you who: · Have completed the first three terms of the law program with good grades · Have a very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing · Master the Microsoft Office package Previous experience from the housing cooperative sector or engagement in a housing cooperative association or community organization is a merit.
