No. 90000070045) is the leading state administration institution in the justice sector, develops, organizes and coordinates policy in 20 areas; is the highest authority for 10 subordinate state administration institutions; a cooperation partner to other sector ministries, non-governmental organizations, and professional associations We invite you to our team CONSTITUTIONAL COURT DEPARTMENT LEGAL ADVISOR position We will entrust you with: analyzing systemic legal issues; performing legal analysis on legal matters within the competence of the Ministry of Justice, as well as on cross-sector and interdisciplinary legal issues; providing methodological and legal support on matters within the department's competence; evaluating and preparing draft opinions and positions. We expect that you have: compliance with the requirements of Article 7 of the State Civil Service Law; higher education in legal science with a lawyer qualification (master's program students may also apply); good cooperation and communication skills, expertise in analytical work; knowledge and understanding of the Constitutional Court's competence and procedures, as well as Constitutional Court decisions and their implementation; knowledge of the process of developing and advancing legal acts and policy planning documents; professional experience in legal work or work in the judicial system; English language proficiency (for work with international legal acts and other foreign legal documents); excellent computer skills; a desire to develop and improve, as well as skills in independent work planning and organization.
