The Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (registration number 90009756700) (a direct administration institution under the supervision of the Minister of Health, whose objective is to implement public health policy in the country in the areas of epidemiological security, disease prevention, and health promotion) invites you to join our team PERSONNEL AND DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT SENIOR LEGAL COUNSEL (permanent civil service position) Main job responsibilities: Conduct legal analysis of legislation and other documents, provide opinions on drafted legal acts; Prepare draft responses, claims, and other documents as assigned; Evaluate the quality of documents prepared by the Centre for Disease Prevention and Control or other institutions from a legal perspective; Draft and coordinate agreements, internal regulations, and other document projects; Prepare responses to letters, complaints, and submissions from other institutions and citizens; Represent the Centre for Disease Prevention and Control's interests in other official institutions as authorized, including the Ministry of Health; Consult and provide necessary support to the Centre for Disease Prevention and Control's structural units on legal matters, including interpretation and application of legal norms; Consult the Centre for Disease Prevention and Control's employees on matters related to personal data protection security measures; Ensure compliance of ongoing public procurement and documentation with requirements and participate in public procurement committee work in accordance with the Public Procurement Law and other applicable regulations. Requirements for candidates: Compliance with the requirements of Article 7 of the State Civil Service Law; Higher academic or second-level professional higher education in law; Two years of work experience in state administration or local government; Two years of practical work experience in law; Experience in developing legislation and document projects (regulatory acts, orders, agreements, litigation documentation, etc.); Experience in litigation processes; Desirable experience working with the Electronic Document Management System and the Legal Acts Portal; Desirable work experience in procurement and personal data protection; Ability to analyze and apply existing legislation and regulatory requirements in practice; Advanced level 1st degree (C1) state language proficiency; Excellent computer skills (MS Office); Good communication skills, high sense of responsibility, ability to work independently and in a team.
