Junior Accounting Consultant to Stockholm City

We are now seeking an accounting consultant with approximately 3 years of experience for an exciting interim assignment at a company in Stockholm City within the real estate industry. Start is immediate and the assignment length is initially approximately 3 months, with the possibility of extension depending on business needs. About the Assignment The company is in an expansive phase and has undergone extensive growth and organizational changes in recent years. In connection with the transition to IFRS and a growing group structure, there is now a need to strengthen the finance function with additional expertise. You will become an important part of the team and support the daily accounting work with a focus on creating structure, efficiency, and relief in operations. Responsibilities You will primarily work with: Ongoing work within accounts payable Management and administration of approval workflows Operative accounting work related to multiple companies in the group structure Support in administrative and time-consuming processes Contribute to structure and efficiency improvements of existing work methods What We're Looking For Approximately 3 years of experience in accounting/finance Are independent, structured, and solution-oriented Thrive in a dynamic environment with a fast pace Have experience working in a group structure (advantageous) AdvantageousSystem Knowledge Visma IM Invoice Manager Vitec Hyra Scope & Work Model Scope: approximately 80–100% Start: immediate Location: Stockholm City Work model: primarily office-based initially, thereafter some possibility for hybrid work For questions, contact Ellinore Pereira, Business Area Manager at [email protected].
