In this role, you'll work with both auditing sustainability reports and providing advice on sustainability reporting. You'll support companies in meeting new requirements, ensure quality in reporting, and contribute to increased transparency to owners, investors, and other stakeholders. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who wants to develop within sustainability reporting and thrives in a role with analysis, client contact, and responsibility. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sustainability, or equivalent education Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing Strong interest in sustainable business and sustainability reporting Meriting Factors Prior work experience in the field is a plus, but not required. We also welcome experience and knowledge from studies, projects, volunteer work, or other contexts. What matters most is your interest, motivation, and willingness to develop with us. Knowledge of or interest in financial reporting, for example from studies, projects, volunteer work, or employment Knowledge of or interest in sustainability reporting and relevant regulations, such as GRI, CSRD, and the Annual Accounts Act. Experience that demonstrates your interest in sustainability, analysis, or societal issues, for example from studies, projects, volunteer work, or other contexts As a Person, You Are Collaborative and committed to building trust in relationships with colleagues and clients. Analytical and organized with the ability to handle complex information Curious, responsible, and willing to both ask for support and gradually take on greater responsibility.
