InGruppen (Installationsgruppen i Stockholm AB) was founded in 2002 and continues to be run by its founders. At Installationsgruppen, we work exclusively with sales, design, project management, and installation of telecommunications, data, fiber, alarms, camera surveillance, indoor coverage for 4G, 5G, and RAKEL. Installationsgruppen manages projects and installs physical infrastructure. Installations vary in scope from full turnkey projects to smaller service work. Installationsgruppen has extensive experience with complex projects and strong customer focus. Our business is growing and we need to hire additional staff in Västerås.

As a future installation technician at Installationsgruppen, you will mainly work with simpler tasks such as cable installation to start with, and later you will learn to install telecommunications, data, fiber, alarms, camera surveillance, indoor coverage for 4G, 5G, and RAKEL. You will do a lot of physical work and it's good if you're in good shape, enjoy varied tasks, and like going out to help different customers alongside a more experienced colleague. The work involves running cables, performing installations, labeling and documenting at our customers' sites, primarily located in Mälardalen and the greater Stockholm area.
Sometimes we have assignments in other parts of Sweden and occasionally work abroad. It's therefore a varied job with a mix of larger and smaller projects, so it's important that you're comfortable changing environments from time to time.
You need genuine technical interest in problem-solving, must be willing to "roll up your sleeves" with practical work, and most importantly – HIGH WORK ETHIC, which is part of our company culture. If you have technical education and/or are generally skilled in construction or are a handy person with some electrical knowledge, that's certainly a merit, but what matters most is that you are productive, results-oriented, with the interest and ambition to learn and become skilled. Maybe you've tried jobs in the construction industry as a carpenter or technician, or have experience from the IT world. Regardless of your background, your ambition is to deliver quality craftsmanship, develop yourself, and become skilled at what you do.
