Cloetta has created joy and pleasure for consumers for more than 160 years. Now we're looking for a Junior Brand Manager to join our marketing team within chocolate. We're searching for someone with strong execution capabilities, strategic curiosity, and commercial drive – who wants to grow together with Cloetta! About the Role As a Junior Brand Manager, you will translate brand plans into activations, coordinate cross-functional projects, and work closely with internal stakeholders, agencies, and other external partners. You will follow up on your activities and continuously develop them based on consumer, shopper, and market insights. In this role, you will drive many important and exciting brand activations – for example, Kexchoklad's winter activation program in the mountains. Alongside your daily responsibilities, you'll gain insight into brand strategy, innovation, portfolio development, and commercial planning. The role provides a strong foundation to continue developing and growing at Cloetta – for example, toward a broader Brand Manager role. About the Team You'll become part of the Scandinavian marketing organization, based in central Malmö. You'll report to the Marketing Manager Chocolate and work closely with the Global Brand Manager for Kexchoklad as well as other colleagues within the commercial teams. Example Tasks Plan, coordinate, and execute Kexchoklad's winter activation program together with external partners Roll out tactical brand and activation plans on relevant markets and channels Lead activation and marketing projects from planning through execution, in close coordination with internal stakeholders and external agencies Develop campaign materials, packaging materials, coordinate point-of-sale materials and consumer content based on our brand concepts and guidelines Follow up on results and translate consumer, shopper, competitor, and market insights into concrete recommendations Support NPD and portfolio development projects through analysis, commercial input, and project coordination Support budget planning, management of purchase orders, invoice follow-up, and activity forecasts Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality Contribute to knowledge sharing and collaboration within the Scandinavian marketing organization What Cloetta Offers At Cloetta, you'll become part of a positive and engaged team passionate about creating "True Joy" for our consumers. We believe you have the following: Experience: Relevant academic degree – preferably in marketing, business administration, or equivalent field. At least 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, brand activation, project coordination, or event planning Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Merits: Experience from FMCG/retail or consumer brands Experience with product development and understanding of Nielsen data analysis Experience coordinating events, sampling activities, campaigns, or other consumer activations Active interest in winter sports and skiing is an advantage Abilities: Strong project management and organizational skills Ability to handle multiple activities and stakeholders simultaneously An analytical mindset and interest in consumer, shopper, and market insights A proactive approach and confidence in taking responsibility for defined projects Good communication and collaboration skills We believe you are: A quick learner: You're curious, open to feedback, and motivated by continuous development.
