About the Position
Navigate Consulting is a consulting firm with approximately 100 employees in Sweden and India. We combine the proximity and community of a smaller company with the professionalism and international reach of a larger one. Our core is Oracle and business systems, but we also work with, for example, IT strategy, transformation, and management. Responsibilities
Participate in Oracle implementations and major transformation programs.
Work with business processes, system solutions, requirements, and testing.
Collaborate closely with the customer's operations and IT.
Work together with experienced consultants and progressively take on greater responsibility.
Gain experience with various Oracle modules, processes, and solution areas.
Participate in, for example, requirements analysis, process design, testing, and management.
We Are Looking For You If
This is a role for you with a genuine interest in Oracle, ERP, and digital transformation. You are analytical, curious about understanding how business and processes connect, and enjoy solving problems together with others. You also have good communication and relationship-building skills and take great responsibility for your own development.
In addition, you have:
A bachelor's or master's degree in economics, systems science, industrial economics, or similar.
Some years of experience in economics, business systems, IT, or business development (full-time or alongside your studies).
Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, as both languages are used in the work.
We Consider It Meritorious If You Have:
Experience with Oracle Cloud or Oracle EPM.
Worked with other ERP platforms, such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics.
Experience with requirements analysis, process work, testing, or implementation.
