As a sales associate, your primary task is to make customers feel comfortable, welcome, and to ensure they find the right products and solutions during their visit. With engagement, personal responsibility, and initiative, you and your colleagues elevate the shopping experience at Clas Ohlson. In a customer-focused manner, you actively engage with customers, create customer interactions, answer questions, and present our products. Your role also includes working the cash register and participating in inventory management, such as restocking.
This is a fixed-term part-time position starting by mutual agreement.
To achieve this, you will:
Be available and proactively contact customers while always striving to deliver world-class customer service
Approach every customer with the mindset of ensuring their satisfaction, regardless of the situation, but within established guidelines
Participate in all store tasks and follow procedures and working methods
Contribute to developing customer interactions, store routines, and work processes
Assist in introducing and training new employees and colleagues
Help maintain clean and well-organized store spaces, back rooms, and offices
Who are we looking for?
Completed upper secondary education, with preferred experience in Sales and Service programs (formerly Commerce and Administration) or comparable education
Work experience in service professions and/or in any of our product categories is a plus
Strong language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
You must be at least 18 years old to work with us
