As Deputy Store Manager at Jula, you work together with the management team to create a fantastic work environment and a well-functioning store. You are an important role model for employees and help them grow and reach their full potential. Together with the management team, you create conditions for both employees and customers to thrive. What does a typical day look like as Deputy Manager? You lead and work together with employees in the daily operations including sales and warehouse work, picking merchandise, cash register work, and implementing marketing and sales plans. When the Store Manager is not present, you represent Jula as an employer and have ultimate responsibility for personnel, store operations, and results. Through communication and feedback, you develop employees and build teams. A typical day involves lots of laughter with your colleagues and customers. You work side by side with the team and in the daily work you coach and develop employees by providing support where needed. Together with the management team, you plan operations and drive work so that your team can maximize sales and profitability in the store. You enjoy following up on results and reaching set goals together with the team. It is you together who deliver a sales-strong store and a fantastic shopping experience for the customer. When the day is done, you feel pride in what you've accomplished together and look forward to new challenges. What should be in your CV To succeed in this role, we see that you have a leadership personality with good self-awareness. You have the ability to motivate, engage, and develop others. You have experience working as a leader and if it's within retail, that's a merit. You have good knowledge of Swedish; as we are an international group, some training may be in English so you need to understand English. You have numerical understanding and are used to working towards set goals as well as good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
