StudentConsulting in Stockholm is now seeking an engaged job matcher who wants to work part-time alongside their studies and help people advance to employment or education.
In this role, you will coach, guide, and match job seekers through individual conversations, workshops, and other labor market initiatives. The work is characterized by a clear results focus, with the goal of supporting participants throughout the entire job search process and creating the best possible conditions for them to achieve employment or begin studies. The role also includes administrative tasks and some outreach work. When needed, you will also support the operation with recruitment and personnel administration tasks.
Working hours are Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00. Since the position involves some fixed staffing times, we prefer that you study remotely, work on a thesis, or otherwise have a flexible study schedule.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
REQUIREMENTS to be considered for the position:
- You are a student at a university or college (at least 50%) and have AT LEAST 6 months remaining in your studies. You can provide documentation showing current studies, previous work experience, and completed studies.
- Can work at least 16 hours per week.
- Can work on-site 2-3 days per week at our office in central Stockholm.
- You have excellent ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and English.
- You meet either alternative 1 or 2 below: (Please note that this is the Swedish Public Employment Service's own requirements for their suppliers' staff and not something we can be flexible about).

- Have completed at least 180 higher education credits at university level (120 credits according to the previous system) in: work life, organization and personnel management, study and career guidance, business administration, work life psychology, behavioral science, occupational therapy, or within the framework of social worker education, or alternatively another relevant field.
- AND at least two years of full-time work experience in any field.

- Have completed at least one (1) year of full-time studies at post-secondary level with satisfactory results.
- AND at least three (3) years of full-time work experience in any/some of the following professions or work tasks mentioned below:
- Management with personnel responsibility.
- Recruitment.
- Transition work for job seekers.
- Study and career guidance.
- Personnel case handling (not solely personnel administration).
- Work with labor market and employment issues.
- Work with social and group psychology.
- Career counseling.
Meritorious qualifications:
- You should have good computer skills.
- We would like to see that you have previously worked with coaching, mentoring, guidance, and/or recruitment and staffing.
- As a person, you are careful, flexible, creative, and skilled in conversation with others. You enjoy a fast pace and thrive working both independently and in a team. You are skilled at inspiring and motivating others, and you are helpful and confident in yourself. You value differences in people and have great understanding for the impact that differences can have. It is an advantage if you have knowledge of additional languages.
