Within Employment Market Projects, we serve as a complementary actor to Arbetsförmedlingen (Swedish Public Employment Service), and we are one of Sweden's leading providers of Job Matching through our service Rusta och Matcha. We are now seeking an engaged and goal-oriented coach for our office in Mora. You will work within both Rusta och Matcha and in our newly launched service Karriärvägledning (Career Guidance), where you will have a central role in helping participants move closer to studies and employment. About the Role As a coach with us, you will meet participants at different stages of their journey toward work or studies. You work goal-orientedly and always keep focus on moving the participant forward. An important part of the role is outreach work toward potential employers – you open doors and build relationships that lead to employment for our participants. You enjoy promoting both participants and our services, even though your primary focus is working with people. You are independent in your work style, comfortable with change, and can adapt both your own work and the operations based on the needs that arise. Qualifications For this position, the following are required: At least one (1) year of full-time post-secondary studies, with at least a passing grade At least three (3) years of full-time work experience in one or more of the following areas: Team leadership with personnel responsibility Recruitment Occupational adjustment services for job seekers Studies and career guidance Handling of personnel matters (not solely personnel administration) Work with employment and labor market issues Work with social and group psychology Career guidance Who Are You?
