We are now seeking a dedicated job coach/mentor in Växjö within Rusta and Matcha. As a mentor/job coach, you will have an independent role where you lead the daily work of guiding and matching participants enrolled in the Rusta and Matcha service via Arbetsförmedlingen. Your responsibilities Develop and maintain an extensive network of business contacts and build long-term relationships to create more opportunities for our participants. Map and understand job seekers' profiles and strengths, particularly those far from the labor market. Plan and conduct workshops, individual meetings, and company visits to support participants in their job search. Act as a coach who motivates and provides job seekers with tools and methods to achieve their goals. Actively work on matching to find the best and quickest path to employment or education. We are looking for someone who: Lives in Växjö (a requirement, as we want you to have a broad local network) Is qualified according to Arbetsförmedlingen's requirements: at least 120 higher education credits in a relevant field plus two years of work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Alternatively: At least one year of full-time studies at post-secondary level with satisfactory results plus three years of relevant work experience in areas such as recruitment, staffing, career counseling, management with personnel responsibility, or transition work. Has a genuine interest in people and labor market issues and is skilled at seeing the potential in each individual. Is results-oriented, accustomed to working at a fast pace, and able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Is relationship-building and attentive, with an ability to create contact and trust. Mastered Swedish and English in both speech and writing; knowledge of Arabic is a merit.
