QUALIFICATIONS
You should have a genuine interest in meeting people and helping them in their daily lives. Important qualities are customer service skills, flexibility, and responsibility.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to work regularly. According to the Work Environment Act Chapter 5, Section 3, and according to AFS 2023:2 Chapter 8, these work tasks cannot be performed by minors; therefore, we are looking for someone who is 18 years or older.
Strong Swedish language skills are required.
Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
We view it positively if you have completed or are currently pursuing upper secondary education, for example in healthcare and social care or children and leisure. It is also positive if you have previously worked in healthcare and social care or in preschool and school, but we also welcome applicants without prior experience.
WORK TASKS
Your work tasks as a substitute worker may vary somewhat depending on which service you work within. In healthcare and social care, the work involves providing support and assistance to our users. In preschool and school, it involves supporting children and youth development. Regardless of which of our services you work in, it includes to varying degrees being able to perform documentation and communicate; therefore, strong Swedish language skills are important. The work may include physically and mentally demanding tasks such as heavy lifting, working independently, and shifts in the evenings and nights. According to the Work Environment Act Chapter 5, Section 3, and according to AFS 2023:2 Chapter 8, these work tasks cannot be performed by minors; therefore, we are looking for someone who is 18 years or older.
EMPLOYMENT AND SALARY
Hourly employment. Salary is discussed at the interview or upon a job offer.
Working hours vary depending on the service and needs.

If you do not, you will need to take a language test if you are to work within the healthcare and social care department and the children and education department. If you become eligible for temporary substitute work, you will need to provide a police certificate. You order this from the Police. You will receive more information about which certificate is required for the position during the process.
