Your journey begins with new customer sales (B2C) - where in your daily work you contact individuals, present market-leading offers and develop your sales skills within our structure. With strong results, the next level opens: you move to existing customers – a segment with higher conversion rates, stronger relationships and greater revenue potential. What We Offer Employment: 100% Full-time starting with a 6-month probation period, then transitioning to a permanent position Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00 – you work no late evenings or weekends Salary: Secure salary model with 20,000kr base salary. Commission when it exceeds base salary.
