IT Technician for 1st Line Support!

Are you a service-oriented and solution-focused technician ready for your next assignment? We're looking for an IT technician for our client with a start in September! In the role of IT technician within 1st Line Support, you'll have an important and visible position where you're the first point of contact for users who need technical help. Here you'll combine your IT expertise with your customer service skills and problem-solving ability, and every day contribute to users having a smooth and professional support experience. You'll handle incoming tickets and calls, troubleshoot and guide users over the phone and chat, and use remote control tools to quickly identify and resolve technical issues. You'll also work with configuring mobile phones and ensure that each ticket is handled in a structured manner, from initial contact through to resolution or escalation. The assignment is expected to start in October through 31/1 with the possibility of extension. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're looking for someone with upper secondary education and experience working in ticket management systems. You're comfortable solving problems remotely and have a strong ability to explain technical solutions in a simple and pedagogical way. As a person, you're service-oriented and enjoy working with people. You're a team player who is responsive to both users' and colleagues' needs, but you also have the ability to work independently and take responsibility for your tasks. If you have previous experience working in Windows environments, such as Windows 11, Active Directory, VPN, and Office 365, we see this as an asset. Basic knowledge of operating systems and system administration is also an advantage, as is experience with remote control software.
