Job Description As an IT Technician, you will primarily work on developing, supporting, and maintaining our MDM systems and the various IT solutions that use MDM systems. You will also work on developing, supporting, and maintaining various telephony solutions. Furthermore, together with colleagues, you will be responsible for ensuring that developed services function correctly and efficiently for our users, as well as participate in projects and assignments. An important part is keeping yourself updated through, among other things, environmental monitoring. In your role, you will have contact with external suppliers / partners and will handle support cases that our 1st and 2nd line support cannot resolve. You will work closely with others internally as well as with external partners. We are looking for someone who has: • Complete upper secondary education or other education combined with work experience that the Swedish Prison and Probation Service deems relevant • Several years of experience working as an IT technician / technician within MDM / telephony • Ability to express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish and English It is also meritorious to have: • Technical education within the MDM / telephony field • Experience working with MDM and EMM solutions for mobile devices • Experience in service and support work with a focus on MDM / telephony solutions • Experience working with security-related technical issues • Experience working with specialized telephony solutions / switchboards • Experience solving problems in complex IT environments • Experience performing in-depth troubleshooting on software and hardware • Experience working at the Swedish Prison and Probation Service • Experience with ITIL • Experience with technical documentation • Knowledge of IT security • Knowledge of Active Directory • Knowledge of networks and communication technology Other Information The Swedish Prison and Probation Service has chosen to remove the personal letter and replace it with selection questions that are relevant to the position.
