About the role
As an IT Support Technician, you will be part of an established service desk responsible for receiving error reports, handling requests, and providing qualified IT support to users throughout the organization. You will be part of a team of committed support technicians who together deliver service to several thousand users across the country!
The goal is to help users as quickly and efficiently as possible so that operations can run without interruption. The role involves daily contact with users via phone, email, and various ticketing systems, with a focus on providing first-class service and resolving IT-related issues!
Responsibilities
Receive and manage error reports and service requests.
Provide support via phone, email, and remote support tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, accounts, and permissions.
Handle orders for IT equipment and IT services.
Document and follow up on cases in ticketing systems.
Collaborate with other IT functions and external vendors to ensure rapid case resolution.
Contribute to a high service level and positive user experience.
What we are looking for
Higher education in IT, for example with a focus on networks, systems science, IT operations, or other equivalent education.
Strong knowledge of IT and a great technical interest.
Good understanding of IT support, operating systems, networks, and user support.
Fluent spoken and written Swedish and English.
