Assignment: IT Strategist About the Assignment We are seeking an IT Strategist for an assignment with our client, an organization within the public sector. You will be responsible for developing and advancing the organization's IT strategic direction and for creating and ensuring the quality of strategies, target images, action plans, governing documents, and decision-making materials. Areas of Responsibility The role includes strategic advisory to management and operations, with a focus on ensuring that IT development supports the organization's goals and long-term development. Must-Have Requirements Since 2015, at least 8 years of documented experience in qualified IT strategic work Independently have developed or led work on IT strategies, target images, and governing documents Experience working in complex organizations with multiple stakeholders Experience leading workshops, interviews, and analyses with operations and IT Experience preparing decision-making materials for management and steering groups Independently driven strategic investigations from analysis to recommendation Should-Have Requirements At least 3 years of experience from a government agency or other public sector organization At least 8 years of experience with various IT strategies and strategic governing documents At least 8 years of experience translating business strategies into IT strategic target images and action plans At least 3 years of experience with environmental and trend analyses within digitalization and IT At least 3 years of experience in change management within digital transformation At least 5 years of experience with strategic IT frameworks and methodologies, such as TOGAF, ITIL, pm3, or COBIT At least 3 years of experience in business architecture or Enterprise Architecture Scope and Location The assignment is conducted at an organization within the public sector, with close collaboration between management, operations, and IT.
