offers a position for an IT Specialist.
Start date available immediately or by agreement.

Main Responsibilities
• Installation, configuration, management, and maintenance of workstations, peripherals, and software.
• Ensuring availability and operational status of IT technologies.
• IT support for employees (on-site and remote), training.
• Creating and updating documentation and manuals, participation in security documentation development.
• Ensuring and monitoring security measures within IT.
• Administrative IT department activities and collaboration in ICT technology design and development, cooperation with organization management.
• Coordination of external vendors.
• Basic Windows server and network infrastructure management and other ICT technologies.
• User account management (Active Directory / Entra ID), access rights (RBAC).
• Monitoring, problem and outage detection, and resolution.
Who is this position suitable for?
• Senior IT administrator with previous experience in IT infrastructure, network, and server management.
• Graduate, junior IT technician with IT education in IT and network infrastructure management.
Requirements
• Secondary or higher education (IT field).
• Group B driver's license.
• English proficiency (at least basic written communication and documentation reading level).
• Very good user-level PC skills (Windows, Office, Teams).
• Knowledge of Windows and Windows Server operating system administration, basic Linux OS knowledge a plus.
• Basic knowledge of network management (L1), switch, router, and firewall management, virtualization.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 cloud environment - user management, licensing, mailbox management (Entra ID, Exchange, Intune knowledge a plus).
• Independence, creativity, attention to detail, willingness to learn, teamwork, logical thinking and decision-making, communication skills.
What technologies do we use?
• Windows 11 OS on end devices.
• Mostly Windows Server (2019-2025) on servers, partly Linux servers (Debian, Ubuntu), virtualization on VMware.
• Most basic services run on Windows servers (AD, ADCS, DNS, DHCP, FS), SQL, MariaDB databases.
• We use Microsoft 365 as our email server, and increasingly technologies such as OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and others.
• Most network devices are from brands SonicWall, Dell, Unifi.
