Eccera currently has several customers in Stockholm who need support technicians at the 3rd line level.

Your tasks
As a 3rd line technician, you work with, among other things, system improvements, operation and maintenance of operating systems and product applications in various IT environments.
You also assist with new installations, upgrades, and other types of improvement work.
Your profile and qualifications
To succeed in your role as a 3rd line technician / senior IT technician, you have a natural sense of service and enjoy working qualitatively and long-term. You like working both individually and as part of a team. You understand the importance of processes and documentation. You are responsive and equipped with a strong drive. It comes naturally to you to see efficiency and improvement opportunities, and you have a genuine technical interest. You have experience in operations and support, and we would like to see that you have driven various change projects previously.

Requirements:
3-5 years of work experience with similar tasks
Windows Server (Infrastructure and built-in functions)
PowerShell, VB script
Microsoft Office365
Experience with installation, operation, troubleshooting, maintenance of large Windows server environments
Experience with installation, operation, troubleshooting, maintenance of third-party applications on Windows
Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
