In this role, you will be part of the IT organization and work closely with the company's design and engineering teams. You will collaborate with super users, system administrators, and external suppliers to ensure that the CAD and PDM platform meets the company's needs both today and in the future. Responsibilities As an IT Specialist CAD/PDM, you will have overall responsibility for managing, administering, and further developing Autodesk Vault and associated CAD applications. The role combines technical specialist expertise, support, problem-solving, and improvement work. You will serve as the link between the business, IT, and external suppliers and ensure that the platform is stable, secure, and efficient. You will work both operationally and strategically by handling incidents, supporting users, driving improvement initiatives, and participating in system upgrades. The role also involves developing methods, processes, and integrations that contribute to efficient information flow between different business systems. In the role, you will, among other things: • Manage and administer Autodesk Vault and associated CAD applications such as Inventor and AutoCAD • Serve as IT's specialist and point of contact in the CAD/PDM area • Support the company's super users and handle complex incidents and technical problems • Participate in upgrades, change initiatives, and development of the CAD/PDM platform • Ensure documentation, management processes, and integrations with other business systems Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities • Experience with systems administration, application administration, or technical IT support • Good understanding of Autodesk Vault or other PDM/PLM systems • Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Autodesk Inventor • Experience with troubleshooting, incident management, and user support • Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written Meriting Factors • Experience from manufacturing industry • Knowledge of identity and access management • Experience with integrations between CAD/PDM, ERP, and other business systems • Experience with databases, SQL, automation, or scripting • Experience working according to ITIL or other established management models To thrive in this role, we see that you are someone who takes responsibility for your area and enjoys combining technology with business-focused collaboration.
