Welcome to us! Your tasks As an IT Coordinator with us, you will work independently with your own responsibility. We work goal-oriented with clear objectives and great opportunities to shape the path yourself. As an IT Coordinator, you are responsible for both developing and maintaining our IT support together with your colleagues, as well as driving operations-focused development and user support. For this position, you have the opportunity to deepen your focus on user support for all our employees within elderly care. This means you will work more focused on developing our materials related to, for example, trainings we conduct and our manuals and instructions. In addition, you also work on development issues in close collaboration with the unit's development manager and the operations managers. You actively contribute to developing and implementing the administration's digitalization plan. To succeed, you need to develop and maintain knowledge about the sector's business processes. Your workplace The Care and Social Services Administration provides care and social services annually to approximately 4,100 citizens, of which approximately 1,350 live in some form of special accommodation and approximately 2,800 receive some form of home care. Within the Care and Social Services Administration, we have approximately 1,500 employees. This position is placed in the Welfare Technology and Operations Systems unit within the Planning and Development department, which works with administration and development. The unit is led by a unit manager and consists of approximately 18-21 employees in professions such as IT Coordinators and Welfare Technicians. We are now seeking two IT Coordinators to join our great team! Our offices are centrally located at Repslagaregatan 6 in Linköping. Working hours are 8–17 with a flexible time agreement. The Welfare Technology and Operations Systems unit belongs to the Planning and Development department, whose mission is to develop efficient working methods and procedures and ensure that work is organized in safe and appropriate processes based on applicable legislation and the opportunities provided by digitalization. You who apply We are looking for you who have completed upper secondary education. Through your experience, you have good knowledge of processes and working methods within digitalization and you are passionate about developing and facilitating for operations and users. To have good conditions to succeed, you need to have good computer skills. We see it as meritorious if you have experience working within the care and social services sector, and if you have experience with IT systems used in healthcare such as Treserva, BEATA, etc., that is also meritorious. It is also advantageous if you have experience with IT system implementations or welfare technology. We also see it as positive if you have experience conducting and working with training sessions. Since you in the position need to be able to freely absorb written materials and communicate daily both verbally and in writing, you need to have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. A class B driver's license is meritorious as we occasionally use a car in the position. We see that you who apply take responsibility for your tasks and are accommodating in your interactions.
