About the Role In this role, you will work as a consultant on exciting assignments with both private companies and public organizations. In the role, you are responsible for driving various types of projects that have clear business value and ensuring that the implemented solutions are actually used and create value. You will, for example: - Plan, lead, and follow up projects from start to finish. - Ensure project budgets, timelines, and resources. - Collaborate with managers and employees at different levels within customer organizations. - Drive projects that contribute to efficiency improvements and customer value. Since this is a new business area within ArkivIT, you will have the opportunity to help shape this exciting new area. Qualifications Requirements: - At least 5 years of experience as a dedicated IT project manager in the public sector within the last 10 years. - Project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent. - Experience leading change management work according to the SAFe framework. - Relevant education from a vocational college, university, or higher education institution. - Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written. Desirable: - Experience with implementation and migration of IT systems. - Experience leading pre-studies, for example in requirements definition and investigation. - Experience with business development in connection with IT projects. - Experience in IT security.
