About the Role As an IT Operations Specialist, you play an important role in installing, configuring, upgrading, and administering iipax cases for our customers. You work with both customers using SaaS solutions and those with on-premises installations. The role involves ensuring that the technical environments where iipax runs are reliable, secure, and efficient. You work closely with customers, internal teams, and other technical specialists to solve problems, improve processes, and create long-term stable deliveries. You'll have varied work that includes managing planned technical activities, troubleshooting when needed, and providing advice on customers' IT operations. Your Main Responsibilities In this role, you will, among other things: - Install, upgrade, configure, and optimize iipax cases for our customers - Troubleshoot iipax and the surrounding IT environment - Provide technical support and guidance to customers, users, and internal teams - Contribute technical advice regarding customers' IT operations - Document system configurations, changes, and completed actions - Collaborate closely with development teams, platform services, and other key roles - Contribute to continuous improvements in processes, deliveries, and technical environments Who Are You? We're looking for someone with higher education in a relevant field and some years of work experience. You have a strong technical interest and thrive in a role combining hands-on technical work with customer contact and collaboration. You're solution-oriented, communicative, and able to independently drive and coordinate your tasks. We believe you have experience with or interest in several of the following areas: - Experience with Linux-based environments, on-premises and/or SaaS - IT operations, installation, configuration, and technical management - Servers, networks, and databases - Application operations and troubleshooting - Monitoring, backup, and recovery - Security and information security - Certificates and PKI - Authentication and authorization solutions - Documentation and structured working methods It's advantageous if you have experience with iipax or other case management systems or mission-critical solutions within the public sector. You have Swedish citizenship, which is required to work on our security-classified projects.
