The role includes implementing and managing IT governance, training, communication, coaching, defining and measuring KPIs. The IT Business Services Consultant plans and executes change management, identifies training needs, organizes educational activities, and monitors their effectiveness. Additionally, they work closely with the business to identify requirements and maintain an overall overview of the IT services portfolio.
