Please visit the school's website for more information: www.isgr.se We are now seeking a pedagogue for one of our after-school programs, 50% This is a substitute position. Job Responsibilities We are looking for someone who wants to continue developing our after-school program together with colleagues and students into a place where students thrive, remain active in their learning, develop their abilities, and feel included. As a pedagogue in the after-school program, you will be part of a teaching team where together with your colleagues you will be responsible for organizing and delivering instruction in the after-school setting. The assignment is about creating conditions for learning and development, promoting good social relationships, and encouraging play, learning, and positive interaction. You have great opportunities to put your own stamp on the content and test your ideas and thoughts. You are expected to contribute to systematic quality work. Qualifications We are looking for someone with an after-school pedagogue degree/primary school teacher degree with a focus on after-school programs or equivalent education. You need to be well familiar with the curriculum. You must be proficient in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. We see that you: ● Have a strong focus on students with a positive view of each individual's ability and willingness to develop. ● You are confident in your professional role, take your own initiatives, and have a solution-focused approach in a changing school day. Flexibility is a key word, as we always support each other and help when needed. ● Have good pedagogical skills, an understanding that students have different conditions for acquiring knowledge, and a reflective approach to your work. ● You are communicative, collaboration-oriented, and have an easy time building good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. ● Are creative, dare to think and try new things together with others. ● Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
