Your main responsibilities will be: - manage customer complaints and ensure their efficient resolution - customer audits - analyze root causes of complaints and coordinate corrective and preventive actions - collaborate with internal teams (production, quality, logistics) to resolve non-conformities - prepare documentation and reports for customers - participate in customer audits and visits - monitor customer satisfaction and quality indicators - contribute to process improvements aimed at increasing customer satisfaction Requirements - minimum high school education - experience from a manufacturing environment and similar position - English or German at a communicative level - active driver We offer you: - 5 weeks of vacation and sick days - flexible working hours of 7.5 hours per day - Home office - bonuses and rewards :) - subsidized meals - pension insurance - benefits focused on health and education - great team environment
