Your main responsibilities will include: - ensuring the quality of production processes and monitoring their stability - analyzing the causes of production non-conformities and proposing corrective measures - participating in the implementation and optimization of production processes from a quality perspective - collaborating with production, technology, and other departments to improve quality - tracking and evaluating quality indicators (KPIs) in production - participating in internal audits and process controls - supporting the resolution of complaints from a production process perspective - contributing to continuous improvement initiatives Requirements - minimum secondary school education - experience from a production environment in a similar position - English or German at a conversational level - active driver's license We offer you: - 5 weeks of vacation and sick days - flexible working hours of 7.5 hours per day - Home office - bonuses and rewards :) - subsidized meals - pension insurance - benefits focused on health and education - great work team
