Quality Engineer

Job Responsibilities: • Responsible for managing customer complaints using the 8D methodology. • Conducts root cause analysis using 5 Why, Ishikawa, and other methods. • Collaborates on the development and updates of Control Plans, PFMEA, and work instructions. • Communicates with customers on quality matters. • Organizes and evaluates internal non-conformance analyses. • Monitors production quality indicators and proposes corrective actions. • Participates in the implementation of new projects (APQP). • Evaluates process capability (SPC). • Conducts measurement system analyses (MSA). • Tracks the completion of corrective and preventive actions. • Evaluates measurement results and laboratory test results. • Collaborates with production to resolve quality issues. • Assesses deviations from technical documentation. • Prepares quality reports and presents results to company management. • Proposes measures to reduce defect rates and quality costs. • Collaborates in employee training on quality matters.
