Supplier Quality Engineer

WHAT YOU WILL DO: - Handle supplier complaints and escalation processes - Approve PPAP and manage supplier changes - Develop root cause analyses and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions - Evaluate supplier performance and manage improvement projects WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW AND BE ABLE TO DO: - Have secondary or higher education in a technical field - Have experience in quality in a manufacturing company - Ideally automotive background - Know quality tools (8D, FMEA, PPAP, Control Plan) - Understand technical documentation - Be able to communicate in English on a daily basis; German is a plus - Be capable of independently solving problems and negotiating - Have an active approach, responsibility and willingness to travel - Have excellent communication skills and be able to handle conflict situations Benefits: Work in an international environment with high expertise • Flexible working hours • One week of additional vacation • Cafeteria • Annual bonuses • Meals at a discounted price in the company premises • Pension insurance and more
