Job Position: Investment Technician - Property Management and Construction Working Hours: 8:00 – 16:30 Probationary Period: 3 months, employment start date to be agreed upon. Job Responsibilities Technical - Comprehensive technical management, documentation, monitoring, and data preparation for ongoing projects. - Technical preparation of drawing documentation and coordination of project documentation data, technical solutions for project cases with other departments. - Physical inspection of construction implementation according to project documentation, potential updates and corrections to documentation. Managerial - Coordination of purchases from suppliers within the project scope, issuing requests for quotations, supplier research. - Review and preparation of supplier and customer contract documentation. - Comprehensive management and provision of technical and economic administration within investment construction. - Communication with authorities and government agencies, submission and receipt of documents to and from government offices. - Meeting established deadlines and activities to ensure successful economic results for the OHC group. Applicant Requirements - Upper secondary education with diploma (technical focus) - Clean criminal record - Valid Driver's License Category B (active driver) - Excellent proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and comprehensive electronic communication - Knowledge of working with project documentation - Technical and manual aptitude - Suitable for recent graduates without experience and without age restrictions Salary and Benefits Salary During Probationary Period Base salary during probationary period – 35,000 Kč After Probationary Period Change of job position and assignment to agreed-upon specialization. Change of base salary – 40,000 Kč + personal bonus Employee Benefits Basic - Monthly transportation allowance of 1,000 Kč if the employee commutes to work from a residence outside Olomouc. - 20% discount on accommodations in properties managed by the group - One-time annual employer bonus of 5,000 Kč for employee clothing (after 6 months of service) - One-time annual vacation bonus of 5,000 Kč (after 6 months of service) - Company mobile phone with unlimited plan.
