INVESTMENT ENGINEER, PROJECT MANAGER
Job Responsibilities:
- Management and content creation for the Transportation Infrastructure Information System of the South Bohemian Region.
- Ensuring department activities in relation to Jihočeský Letiště České Budějovice a. s.
- Coordination and management of projects implemented primarily within the subsidy programs of the State Fund for Transportation Infrastructure.
- Preparation of strategic materials in the field of transportation and road management.
- Assignment and control of BIM modeling.
- Administration of public procurement procedures within the department's competencies.
- Project and engineering preparation and implementation of road construction, coordination of project documentation preparation and handling of necessary documents for territorial proceedings and building permits. Preparation of investment proposals, coordination of financial arrangements and technical, operational, commercial and organizational preparation and resolution of disputes. Preparation of expert technical assessments, organization of property rights settlement. Coordination of investment process participants.
Required Knowledge:
Knowledge in the field of road management and building procedures (Act No. 13/1997 Sb., on land communications and Act No. 283/2021 Sb., Building Code).
Additional Requirements and Knowledge: Professional experience in the field is an advantage. Category B driver's license is a requirement.
